Floor plans are sufficient to make a start. Information taken from our site survey or provided by your architect will be used to prepare a draft plan and budget cost for your project.
It is very constructive to have a ‘wish list’ ready to discuss with your designer. This may include specifics such as your appliance specification and storage requirements, and perhaps your preferred style and finish of furniture.
Your designer will prepare initial plan drawings for presentation, either in the showroom or in the comfort of your home, to discuss aspects of the design and budget costs for the initial brief. We accept there are usually revisions to be made following the first meeting and on receiving your approval, we will develop detailed plan & elevation drawings, further specifications & cost revisions as required. Products & materials can be viewed as part of the design process.
After your instruction to proceed and a deposit payment we will provide you with final plan & elevation drawings. Allocate factory space & commit your project to our installation schedule. Plumbing & Electrical details will be provided to contractors as required.
Your designer will be your point of contact throughout the duration of your project, involving other members of the project management & installation team throughout the process.
